Yes, if you have more than five courses in your basket at the checkout screen you will automatically be given the option to pay by invoice.
When you purchase the course you will be instantly be given some login details to our learning management system, these details will appear on the screen and also be emailed to you. You can then start the course whenever you like.
When you purchase the course you will be allocated a learner(s) within our learning management system. You can then proceed through the course at your own pace. When you have completed the training you will be able to take the online exam. The passmark for the exam is 70-75% depending on the course although you may attempt the exam as many times as you wish.
If you fail the test you can take it again as many times as you need to at no extra cost. The pass mark for the test is 70% or 75%, depending on the course.
You will receive your certificate in the post within 5 days of completing the course.
Our certificates are much higher quality than the standard home printer can produce, as such we don't offer a home printing option. We think the quality is worth the wait!
You can change the name that will appear on your certificate once you login to our learning management system. When you login to the course for the first time you will automatically be prompted to update your name and address details before proceeding.
When you buy online you will automatically be emailed full VAT receipt.
No, you can take the course one module at a time, fitting it in whenever you have some free time.
No, there is no time limit on any of our online courses. Your login details will never expire. However if the account is inactive for over 12 months you may have to email us to reactivate it for you.
