Achieve certification in food hygiene / safety to the latest UK standards.
The previous "Basic" or "Foundation" Food Hygiene Courses have been replaced with
a new tiered system. The recommended level for food handlers is the Level 2 Food

All of our food hygiene courses are certified by the CPD Certification Service and
accredited by RoSPA, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, as providing
