They pride themselves in offering a safe environment where children, parents and staff are encouraged to thrive.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s take a closer look at the value of training in fostering a safe place for young children.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Identifying the Need for Training<\/h2>\n<p>Lisa Dewar, the Area Manager for Rainbow Day Nurseries, informs us that training is an essential part of meeting each nursery\u2019s compliance needs.<\/p>\n<div class=\"block-quote\">\n<div class=\"block-quote-content\"><i class=\"fas fa-quote-left\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p>We want to make sure we are doing exactly what we need in order to keep the children safe. We need to fulfil health and safety requirements and those for OFSTED.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Training goes further than a standard \u2018box-tick\u2019 exercise at Rainbow Day Nurseries as, Lisa informs, it\u2019s incredibly important that staff feel valued and supported.<\/p>\n<div class=\"block-quote\">\n<div class=\"block-quote-content\"><i class=\"fas fa-quote-left\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p>We also use training to support our staff\u2019s personal development. We encourage staff to talk to us about their goals and we try and support them accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<h2>Why Choose Online Training?<\/h2>\n<p>The education industry is notoriously challenged for time. Lisa says that this is the same for Rainbow Day Nurseries, especially when it comes to resourcing training.<\/p>\n<div class=\"block-quote\">\n<div class=\"block-quote-content\"><i class=\"fas fa-quote-left\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Online training is a lot more practical for us as nursery nurses. I remembered the name and chose to stick with you because we had found the previous courses to be beneficial for our needs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<h2>How Did You Find Your Chosen Courses?<\/h2>\n<p>Rainbow Day Nurseries have used courses such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.highspeedtraining.co.uk\/courses\/fire-safety\/fire-warden-training\/\">Fire Warden Training<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.highspeedtraining.co.uk\/courses\/safeguarding\/designated-safeguarding-lead-training-course\/\">Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSL)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.highspeedtraining.co.uk\/courses\/food-hygiene\/\">Food Hygiene<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"block-quote\">\n<div class=\"block-quote-content\"><i class=\"fas fa-quote-left\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p>We found that the course gave an understanding of specific roles, such as Fire Marshall. The course clearly outlines the expectations for this role, such as checking the premises and identifying escape routes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Speaking of Rainbow Day Nurseries&#8217; experience with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.highspeedtraining.co.uk\/\">High Speed Training<\/a>, Lisa states\u2026<\/p>\n<div class=\"block-quote\">\n<div class=\"block-quote-content\"><i class=\"fas fa-quote-left\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p>We had no problem with the course content.
