Your role in the team

This is a new and exciting role that will sit within our customer-focused team. You will be responsible for helping support the customer experience by training new and existing clients on the system tools that we offer.

A day in the role might involve:

  • Completing daily onboarding calls with new customers
  • Advising customers on set-up solutions for their account
  • Training users on how to complete functions within our system
  • Managing daily requests from managers via email and phone about their account
  • Supporting managers on tasks for their account, providing reports where necessary
  • Relaying customer feedback to appropriate teams in the company
  • Requesting regular feedback from customers on the onboarding process
  • Helping to design and implement onboarding resources to support the customer
  • Working with appropriate teams in onboarding features within our system
  • Collaborating with the team on projects to help boost customer satisfaction

High Speed Training in Ilkley

The picturesque town of Ilkley is situated in the Wharfe Valley, at the southern end of the Yorkshire Dales. The town is famous for its moor and you'll find fantastic countryside and walks for all abilities on our doorstep. The town is also home to one of the largest cycling clubs in the country.

At around a 25 minute commute from Leeds city central (by rail) and easily accessible by road, our main office is in a great location to enjoy all this.
