Your role in the team

This role will be within the new Product Assurance team, maintaining and updating the content within our training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making routine updates to existing E-Learning content provided by subject experts across the full catalogue range.
  • Liaising with external experts as required.
  • Proofreading and finalising changes prior to release.
  • Arranging audio voiceovers of E-Learning content and audio proofing.
  • Assisting with risk management projects across the E-Learning catalogue.


What we're looking for

  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, with an ability to write technical content in an easily accessible format.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word and Google Products, with an ability to quickly pick up new technology and platforms.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage their own deadlines.
  • Flexibility and resilience, approaching changes to projects with positivity.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to support decision-making.
