Your role in the team

We are looking for a Head of Digital Media that will inspire and lead our digital media teams across the various disciplines including illustration, motion graphics and videography.

This will include responsibility for the design and creative direction of all digital media ensuring we challenge ourselves to produce the highest quality content, in order to bring our courses to life and support their release into the market.

You’ll lead a highly successful digital media team to produce engaging content, supporting and developing them to help guide our growth to compliment the course content we aspire to produce.


  • Oversee the creative process from ideation to completion.
  • Manage and continuously improve the production process for our digital media to support our course production and go to market strategy.
  • Take ownership for our design output ensuring the highest standards of work whilst maintaining brand standards.
  • Take responsibility for the line management of our Digital media teams.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver media to produce a high quality product and have strong assets to assist our go to market strategy.
  • Collaborate internally to raise the profile of our creative offering and explore new opportunities.
  • Help find new execution methods and challenge the business to step outside of its comfort zone to deliver impactful content.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience working in a digital environment.
  • Strong portfolio of previous creative delivery.
  • Previous experience of managing a team is essential, including coaching and developing team members.
  • Ambitious but a team player.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.)

Our head office is in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. In response to Covid-19 we are currently operating as a fully remote business. High Speed Training in Ilkley

The picturesque town of Ilkley is situated in the Wharfe Valley, at the southern end of the Yorkshire Dales. The town is famous for its moor and you'll find fantastic countryside and walks for all abilities on our doorstep. The town is also home to one of the largest cycling clubs in the country.

At around a 25 minute commute from Leeds city central (by rail) and easily accessible by road, our main office is in a great location to enjoy all this.
