As our company grows, we need a Learning and Development Analyst who can work independently to produce clear, well-presented research for the benefit of all our teams.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for the research and delivery of numerous projects focused on the e-learning sector.

You will need outstanding organisational and motivation skills as you will be responsible for managing your daily, weekly, and monthly workload to complete long and short-term projects to a high standard.

You will have the attention to detail to accurately analyse and forecast changes in a sector.

You will be responsible for evaluating and editing the course material as well as researching unique content and creating detailed briefs for our content production team.

Good communication skills are essential as you will liaise with both internal teams and external specialists.

What skills do you need?

You will have:
  • Experience of analysing quantitative/qualitative data.
  • The ability to analyse the reliability of online and offline sources.
  • Outstanding research skills, with the ability to comprehend complex ideas and simplify them for colleagues to understand.
  • The ability to plan, carry out and finish independent projects to deadlines.
  • The aptitude to understand and adapt a range of content, from government legislation to content supplied by specialists.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, spelling, and grammar.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • I.T skills, including the ability to work with, find, and evaluate online resources.
  • Motivation to self-manage your weekly workload and long-term projects.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Confidence liaising with external specialists.
  • The flexibility to multitask on a number of projects where appropriate.
  • Excellent skills for independent thought, reflection, and judgment.
  • The ability to collaborate well with other teams within the business as and when required.
