Location: Ilkley, West Yorkshire | Salary: £17,000 – £19,000 per annum (based on previous experience)
As our company grows, we need an Office Administrator who can join the Corporate Services Team to support the smooth, day to day, operation of the company and be responsible for our customers receiving their course certificates accurately and on time.
What will you be doing?
In the role, you’ll also gain exposure to other areas of the business by supporting the Corporate Services team with administration and reporting tasks. Your duties would include being primarily responsible for accurate and timely data processing to support the delivery of certificates to our customers, health and safety and compliance reporting as well as general administrative and reception duties.
Whilst experience with spreadsheets and data handling would be useful, we’re in the business of learning and think personal development is one of the most valuable things you can do. As such, we don’t require previous office experience, so if you have an organisational background, whether that’s in a professional or social environment, we want to hear from you.
