  • Work closely with content authors and subject matter experts to storyboard ideas and concepts
  • Managing end-to-end a variety of filming and photography requests (including taking a brief, proposal creation, presentation of ideas and solutions, and post production analysis and recommendations).
  • Create vibrant, informative and engaging video content for our training courses
  • Record and edit video content for a range of subjects
  • Prepare locations and photoshoots
  • Camera operation, sound recording, lighting and other technical requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of filming and photography equipment
  • Experience as a Videographer, and an engaging, varied portfolio to back it up.
  • Proficiencies in Non-linear editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Avid) as well as post-production techniques (colour correction / colour grading)
  • Complete knowledge of editing procedures and processes in industry standard non-linear editing software, including colour grading and using nested compositions
  • A strong understanding of brand and ability to convey a brand message through video.
  • Photoshop: colour grading and balancing Raw photo files.
  • Good Logistical / organisational skills for planning complex shoots.
  • You will be comfortable presenting to stakeholders, project teams and external clients or partners.
