We’ve been working hard to improve our platform and enhance your experience, making it easier for you to allocate courses to new learners.

A better way to allocate training

With our new functionality, you can create new learners within your Management Suite and allocate courses to them directly as and when you need to.

Once you’ve allocated your chosen courses, login details will be generated for the new learner and you can choose to automatically notify them of these.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I allocate courses to my learners?

To do this within your Management Suite go to the ‘Manage learners’ menu and then select ‘Create new learner’ or ‘Find learner’ depending on whether they are already set up.

What has happened to my unallocated learners?

Any unallocated learners have now been deleted. These now appear in the "Available Courses" section in your Management Suite. To distribute the training to a new learner simply follow the new process.

Why are my previous login details not working?

If you have recently distributed login details to a learner and those details now do not work, don't worry. To get your learners up and running just follow the new process to add them as a new learner in your account.
