HACCP Level 3 courses are designed specifically for managers and those working in a supervisory capacity who are responsible for implementing the HACCP system and ensuring all employees are working in accordance with it.
Learners should take the course that is relevant for their job role - it is not required to take Level 2 training before taking Level 3.
