Education professionals across the country trust us to provide them with the high-quality training they need. We take pride in creating accurate, flexible and enjoyable training that helps our customers remain engaged and effective throughout their careers.

The Serendipity Centre Ltd

Based in Southampton, The Serendipity Centre Ltd is a complete education and care service for girls aged 9 - 18+ with severe or complex behavioural, emotional, social or mental health difficulties, with an ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED rating.

The Serendipity Centre had a wide range of training requirements, as they are both a special needs school and residential care home for children. Therefore, they needed to source one training provider that delivered suitable training for all their staff, including teachers, managers, care workers, and support services.

"We have found that the courses provided by High Speed Training are well researched and put together and cover the majority of our needs.

The e-learning modules are well described for sourcing the best match and our Account Manager is always available to advise and recommend. Speaking of whom, one of the best things about High Speed Training is the excellent service provided by the staff – they are really quick to respond to any request with charm and enthusiasm and will recycle unfinished courses for us to save us money. We can also order and receive new courses the very same day.

The learners tell me that they find the system easy to use and certificates arrive quickly, usually the very next day. All in all a great service."

Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School

Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is a Voluntary Academy located in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. The school caters for 4 to 11 year olds and holds an ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED rating. Sacred Heart and its staff are proud to offer consistently high standards of education to all students who attend.

Sacred Heart were looking for a training provider that offered increased flexibility when completing their training. School staff are often pushed for time, therefore having that flexibility to take their compliance courses whenever and wherever was very helpful.

"During our recent Health and Safety audit, we identified that most of the school staff, teachers and teaching assistants required a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate. This is because at various points during the year, it is normal practice for different classes to prepare food as part of their maths, science, history, geography and technology curriculums. Therefore, as good practice it’s recommended that staff have the appropriate training to ensure that hygiene and food handling procedures are followed correctly.

The school chose High Speed Training’s online course because it gives staff a greater flexibility for when they can access the course components, with many of them completing two or three sections and then leaving the course for a few days before continuing.

The feedback from the staff on High Speed Training’s Level 2 Food Hygiene course was positive: it was very thorough and easy to understand. It took varying amounts of time for staff to complete but they feel that their skills have been enhanced by the process."
