We are proud to partner with a range of charities and not-for-profit organisations to enable us to reach further into our communities and make a positive difference. We work with partners to develop important new content and provide access to transformational training that builds confidence, skills and new opportunities.
As a learning provider, we are proud to be working in partnership with Magic Breakfast, the UK’s leading school breakfast charity, to provide children and young people with nourishing breakfasts that will help them to learn and thrive. Magic Breakfast supports primary, secondary, ASN/SEND schools, and pupil referral units across England and Scotland.
According to The Food Foundation, 2.1 million children are at risk of hunger in the UK. Hunger impacts the course of children’s lives, limiting their educational attainment and social mobility. That’s why High Speed Training has committed to a third year of partnership with Magic Breakfast, to provide children in disadvantaged areas of England and Scotland with the best possible start to their day. A Magic Breakfast helps children to feel included and equal, as well as improving their educational performance, focus and behaviour.
Every time we sell a Level 2 Food Hygiene for Catering course or aLevel 3 Food Hygiene for Catering course, we donate the cost of one breakfast to feed a child. In 2025, with the support of our customers, we were able to fund the equivalent of 126,947 breakfasts, providing approximately 668 children with breakfast for a full academic year. In 2026 we will push ourselves to do even better, with a new target of donating 135,000 breakfasts, to give many more children the chance to succeed.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Smart Works Leeds, a charity that supports women from across Yorkshire who are struggling to find work. Smart Works provides employability coaching, a dressing service, and a huge confidence boost to help women secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives. High Speed Training has supported the charity since 2023, sponsoring jobs fairs, delivering CV clinics and producing a special film that shares the magic of what they do. We are proud to be a cornerstone partner of their new hub in Leeds, from which they will expand their service to reach up to five times more women each year. Our donated laptops and training will be on hand to help Smart Works’ clients build skills and confidence before their interviews.
According to NHS Digital, only 5.1% of adults with a learning disability known to their local authority in England are in paid work.
As part of our commitment to be a force for good and assist people into employment, High Speed Training have donated a number of courses to two charities that work with people with autism and learning difficulties: REACCH South West CIC and The Parchment Trust.
We provided these charities with a range of courses to assist in the training of their staff and attendees, and help to develop their members’ employability skills.

Working in partnership with ex-Premier League footballer Paul Stewart, we created a Safeguarding in Sport course to equip sports coaches, parents and volunteers with the tools to be able to confidently identify and prevent abusive behaviours in sport. We are proud to offer this essential training free of charge to anyone working in grassroots sports.
Read the case studyThe strong culture of volunteering which we have built at High Speed Training demonstrates our genuine desire to give back. In 2025 we collectively volunteered over 1000 hours on many different projects - equating to 151 working days dedicated to leaving things better than we found them in the community. Our colleagues are encouraged to pursue opportunities that interest them, including lots of support for our charity partners and many other organisations too. One of our most popular and rewarding volunteering projects is with the children’s literacy charity Chapter One, providing 1:1 online reading support to children in a Bradford primary school.
