Module 1: What is Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment in the workplace, sexual harassment myths, when does sexual harassment happen and who perpetrates it, the impact of sexual harassment and the law.

Module 2: Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

Definitions of sexual harassment, who is vulnerable to sexual harassment, characteristics of perpetrators, identifying sexual harassment, danger zone behaviours, risk factors, assessing the risk of harassment and positive workplace culture.

Module 3: Policies and Procedures

Duty of care, sexual harassment policy, handling a complaint, the grievance process and employment tribunals, and criminal offences.

Module 4: Supporting Employees

Listening to a complaint, confidentiality, professional support, sickness absence and return to work.

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 10 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 80%. The answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If you don't pass don't worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.
