3 | Cellar Health and Safety: Beverage Gas | Gas management and safety, personal protective equipment for the safe handling of gas cylinders, what should be done in the event of a gas leak, fire and gas, various types of keg couplers and lifting procedures. |
4 | Cellar Health and Safety: Cleaning Procedures | Cellar hygiene, cask line cleaning, keg line cleaning, COSHH regulations. |
5 | Serving Your Beer | Bar hygiene, glass hygiene, personal hygiene, health and safety, wastage control and pulling the perfect pint. |

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 15 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 80%. The answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If you don't pass don't worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.
