What is mental health?, types of mental health problems, common causes and signs, stigma surrounding mental health, when to seek help, and mental health, the law and work.

Module 2: Mental Health in Hospitality

Why mental health problems are common in hospitality, key stressors in the workplace, statistics, and case studies.

Module 3: Supporting Mental Health in Hospitality

Looking after your mental health and wellbeing, managing mental health and wellbeing proactively, managing mental health and wellbeing reactively, the five ways to wellbeing, supporting mental wellbeing, and, so why work in hospitality?

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 5 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 80%. The answers are marked automatically so that you’ll instantly know whether you passed. If you don't pass, don't worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant

Rebekah Few (GMBPsS) is a Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS). She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Social Care Leadership, a BPS accredited BSc in Psychology and Philosophy, and has undertaken postgraduate counselling training.

With 17 years of experience in the sector, her background includes patient-facing roles in the NHS as a Wellbeing Practitioner and Behaviour Change Specialist. She now provides consultancy to public, private, and charitable sector organisations on workplace transformation and culture change, and has worked with clients including Sony Music, Harrods, The Royal Navy, and the Department for Education.

Alongside her consultancy, Rebekah serves as a lecturer in mental health and wellbeing at East Sussex College. She is also a registered Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England facilitator.

How do I access the training?

All of our training is done within your web browser - there are no apps to download or software to install.

After picking the courses you need and completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. To access our courses yourself or to distribute them to others you just need to click the ‘Get Started’ button within the email and select which option you want. You will then be able to add the course(s) into an existing account, or create a new account.


Can I buy training for my team?

Of course just add the amount of courses you need and follow the purchase process. Please do be aware that it is one course per learner so they will all need their own course.

Is there a time limit on completing the course?

No, we want our courses to work around you so there’s no time limit in which you must complete the training after making a purchase.
