Over the past 13 years, we’ve built the UK’s most extensive and trustworthy knowledge base for safety compliance and best practice across a plethora of industries. Through experts in the industries we serve working in tandem with our in-house learning design and content research teams, we create materials you can trust with genuinely actionable insights. Our content exists to inform and support safe practice and is published to help readers stay compliant and safe.

Our Process

Because we cover such a wide range of areas from hospitality, safeguarding, fire safety, mental health and more, we work with the experts in each field to make sure that the information we bring to you is truly industry leading. Our in-house teams take that information and make it easy to learn with resources that are simple and practical to implement.

Knowledge you can trust

Everything is fact-checked and verified from its first point of truth to make sure we don’t ever regurgitate misunderstandings or incorrect interpretations. This means if we’re talking about health and safety legislation then it’s the HSE we use as a source. If there needs to be a reference to medical guidance, we will cite the NHS. When information changes, falls out of date, or better sources or guidance become available, our regular review processes mean we can bring the most up-to-date versions to you. Sometimes though we can fall short of what we expect. When we do, we work hard to get things right ASAP in-line with our process.

Our People

All of our content is written and produced by the people you see at the bottom of each article, resource, and downloadable template. AI might be used in research or data collation but we’ll never use it to create the content we deliver. It’s our learning designers and our Digital Media Unit who bring our courses to life and it’s the same level of care, scrutiny and quality that goes into everything you can access on the Hub too.
