Your role in the team

As a Photographer, you’ll be responsible for working primarily with our Content team to help bring our vision to life. We are all about our learners, so you will be creating and developing engaging, informative and fun content that will help drive levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

You’ll be part of a Digital Media Unit which specialises in creating instructional content. You will be involved from the start of the process, understanding the subjects and topics relevant to the course content for the given project, and delivering advice, ideas, and media to convey necessary information in an engaging manner on a course-by-course basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with content authors and subject matter experts to storyboard ideas and concepts.
  • Managing end-to-end a variety of creative requests (including taking a brief, proposal creation, presentation of ideas and solutions, and post production analysis and recommendations).
  • Produce relevant, creative photography for use our training courses.
  • Work alongside our in-house creative team to understand our brand and create assets that elevate them to the next level.

What we're looking for

  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of photography equipment.
  • Experience of planning complex shoots at various locations.
  • A solid understanding of brand and ability to convey a brand message through imagery.
  • Good logistical / organisational skills for planning complex projects.
  • You will be comfortable presenting to stakeholders, project teams and external clients or partners.
  • Able to work remotely as part of a cross-team initiative.
  • Have access to a vehicle and have a UK driving licence.

Our head office is in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. In response to Covid-19 we are currently operating as a fully remote business. High Speed Training in Ilkley

The picturesque town of Ilkley is situated in the Wharfe Valley, at the southern end of the Yorkshire Dales. The town is famous for its moor and you'll find fantastic countryside and walks for all abilities on our doorstep. The town is also home to one of the largest cycling clubs in the country.

At around a 25 minute commute from Leeds city central (by rail) and easily accessible by road, our main office is in a great location to enjoy all this.
