Module 1: Introduction
This module is a simple introduction to the course and gives you the opportunity to download the course workbook and take a personality test to learn more about your leadership style.
Module 2: Effective Communication
This module looks at verbal communication and the subtleties of body language, together with the basics of emotional intelligence, and how these skills combine to help you become better at an essential leadership and management skill - giving feedback.
Module 3: Productive Use of Time
This modules looks at how to set your priorities and create SMART targets and introduces a handful of the most popular time management tools out there.
Module 4: Relationship Building
This module explains how you can build and maintain your team, how to manage the challenges of hybrid working and how to get the best performance and productivity through motivation, coaching and mentoring.
Module 5: Resilience and Self-Care
This module gives you a practical insight into protecting your mental health and wellbeing. You'll learn about leading change (one of the most difficult tasks you and your team will face) and how to accept, recover from and learn from setbacks.
Module 6: Leadership Qualities
This final module covers the key qualities that help leaders and managers to tackle problems confidently and make sound decisions.
The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 15 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 80%. The answers are marked automatically so that you’ll instantly know whether you passed. If you don't pass don't worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.

How do I access the training?
All of our training is done within your web browser - there are no apps to download or software to install.
After picking the courses you need and completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. To access our courses yourself or to distribute them to others you just need to click the ‘Get Started’ button within the email and select which option you want. You will then be able to add the course(s) into an existing account, or create a new account.
Can I buy training for my team?
Of course just add the amount of courses you need and follow the purchase process. Please do be aware that it is one course per learner so they will all need their own course.
When buying courses for a team you'll also get access to our Management Suite free of charge. This is a tool that will allow you to allocate, track and review the training of your team.

Can I access the training material after I have completed my course?
Yes. You can use your username and password to log in and revisit the training material as many times as you like, even after completing the course.
Is there a time limit on completing the course?
No, we want our courses to work around you so there’s no time limit in which you must complete the training after making a purchase. You can also split your training over as many different sessions as you wish, as course progress is saved as you make your way through the training. You’re free to learn entirely at your own pace.
