What formats does the KCSIE Quiz come in?
We understand that you might have specific file types and formats you like to use. To help you, we have made both Microsoft and Google versions of the content available as well as a Google Form.

Whether it's a Google Doc or a classic Microsoft Word Doc this document contains all of the quiz questions for staff, and the answers are attached for you at the end. You can present this to staff however you see best fit, whether it be printing and handing it to them to complete or sending an online version.

This will allow you to have ownership of your school’s quiz and edit however you wish to. It is essential that everybody working in a school or college understands their safeguarding responsibilities. Governing bodies and proprietors should ensure that those staff who work directly with children read at least Part one of KCSIE.
Governing bodies and proprietors, working with their senior leadership teams and especially their designated safeguarding lead, should ensure that those staff who do not work directly with children read either Part one or Annex A (a condensed version of Part one) of KCSIE.
Staying up-to-date with KCSIE is crucial for all members of staff and this quiz is a great way to assess and reinforce your team’s understanding.
