Environmental Health Officer Approved Training

Will my local authority accept High Speed Training’s food hygiene courses?

Yes, our courses will help you to comply with food hygiene law and satisfy your local authority, as they are written in accordance with industry guidance set out by food hygiene legislation and are approved by Environmental Health Officers (EHOs).

We recognise how important it is for businesses to apply good food hygiene practices, so we work with qualified EHOs to ensure our Food Hygiene and HACCP courses provide accurate and accessible information relating to food hygiene requirements. We also communicate with them for advice on any legislative changes, so we can always provide you with up-to-date compliance training.

Who Approves Our Training?

The following EHOs have audited and approved our Level 1, 2, and 3 Food Hygiene and Level 2 and 3 HACCP training courses.

“As an EHO […] I appreciate the benefits that well-trained staff bring to a food business. The increased knowledge of risks and the application of good practices is crucial to the production of safe food. I have seen first-hand the application of knowledge obtained from the High Speed Training’s food hygiene courses in businesses that I audit and the improved confidence and knowledge that the training provides. […]

High Speed Training take their role very seriously and therefore they have always been keen to ensure that the training is of the highest quality and accuracy by using a small team of EHO’s to review and approve the content of the training courses before release. This provides assurance to both business and regulators that the training courses always provide maximum benefit to the candidates and the businesses that they work in.”
