I am responsible for managing our commercial trading relationship with Sainsburys and Asda. As one of the UK’s most recognisable luxury gift brands, Baylis & Harding provides a stunning range of keepsake gifts, hand care collections, bath & body products plus more.
Why did you choose our e-learning courses?
The convenience and flexibility of the course offered online was great and meant that I could take the course at a time and from a location that suited me best.
What specific need or problem were you trying to address by taking our training?
I was looking to support my business by ensuring that should the need arise we can operate safely in the case of a fire by training as a Fire Marshal.

This was simple and provided in a way that allowed us to know where we were at any time.

We did not encounter any issues from start to finish. The course was accessed and provided as expected and as planned and met with our needs in a clear and concise way.
What specific outcomes have you achieved as a result of using our training?
We managed to get the team through fire warden training, they now have the knowledge and skill set to act appropriately and with confidence should the need arise for them to put the skills they have learnt into practice.
Can you give an example of any awards, metrics or data to support your results?
As part of our responsibility to both colleagues and the company alike we have been able to acquire the required fire safety certification so we can operate safely and within the letter of the law.

The feedback received from the team has been very positive, all found the course insightful, and educational whilst giving them the skills they require to support themselves and their colleagues should the need arise.
How effective and engaging have they found the training?
The team found the course effective and engaging and liked the way it took you through the various components of the course in a structured way.
Are there any specific features or aspects of the training that they particularly liked?
The way the course was constructed in modules and there were questions at the end of each section to ensure you had understood what you had just learnt.
Overall, would you recommend High Speed Training to others?
Yes we would, we found the set up of the course straightforward, the needs of our team were met and because of the way it was structured the team felt confident that they could act with knowledge should the need arise.
