Level 3 is a comprehensive stand-alone course. There is no requirement to complete Level 1 or Level 2 before taking Level 3.
The Level 3 Supervising Food Safety Course is designed for supervisors and food
managers who require a broader understanding of food safety control in the retail
sector, for example market stalls, farm shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, butchers,
bakers, fish shops, wholesalers and delicatessens. The course is recommended for
anyone responsible for managing people in a food business.
