Aims of the Course
By the end of this course, you will:
- Understand why people get angry and how it can have an effect on businesses.
- Have knowledge of the workplace laws relevant to anger management.
- Understand the warning signs of anger and how people express anger in different ways.
- Know how to communicate effectively in a hostile situation, how to support individuals affected by anger and how to resolve conflicts.
- Have an awareness of some simple techniques that can help people to manage anger and stress.
- Understand the importance of managing wellbeing in the workplace in order to identify problem areas and reduce employee stress and anger.

be asked 12 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 75%. The
answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed.
